How do I revitalize the vinyl and plastic?
Everyone;
I'm putting my 1987 T2 back into shape, and wondered what you use for protecting the vinyl and plastic parts?
STP Son of a Gun?
Armor-all?
What do you think is the best stuff to make it look good again?
Thanks!

I like the newest Meguiar's product. I think it is called "Shine" for vinyl and plastic. It is thicker than Armor All, so it is easier to apply, and it really brings back the shine to faded plastic and vinyl!
Good luck

I think Armor All wipes are ok. You'll need to wipe them down on occassion to restore the fresh look since it will fade again after a while. For me, its about 2 weeks for my sunbaked dash on my TII but when I had my SE, it was about a month.
I think I'll try some Meguiar's.

You need to try "Trim Shine" made by Stoner. It comes in an aerosol spray can. I used it 3 (THREE) months ago on my door panels, center console and entire dash, made it look showroom new. I haven't had to use it again.
