How come there isn't any FD stock looking widebody front fenders?
Why can't someone make some stock looking widebody front fenders? I don't like the lip on the burnouts. Is there anyone out there making something that looks like stock except wider? The sanai ones aren't too bad but it's my understanding that they are hard to find and are expensive. I don't know that anyone is remaking them. Does anyone know of a replacement fender that is wider? Maybe even a metal replacement fender that is flared more?

well any after market fender is going to run you $500 and up + shipping. If you are just wanting a stock looking fenders but just a little more flared out , I would get the stock ones modifiied using the existing metal to flare a little more, or weld new shapped metal or maybe some fiberglass work. I bet that it would be around the same price for a set of new aftermarket fenders

You can always have a bodyshop modify the fender. Take a look at the following picture:

They used the FEED front fenders and cut the flat edge off the side. I'm not sure why the didn't do the same in the rear, but oh well.

The Sanai Front fenders are nice and fairly stock looking.

I do like the sanai ones. I like the burnout ones except for the flat lip at the edge of the wheelwell. I just don't care for it.
The carbon ones are a start. 15mm is just under 2/3" of an inch. I run a 275/335 combo on my vette and I'd like to do the same on the rx7 via widebody. I want it to handle like it's on rails(even more so than now). Also, viper racing league tires are cheaper for track days (275/335 in 18 is a common size)

From what i saw alotta welding and then cleaning up and bodywork to make it look pretty for paint. The concept was simple however,he basically took another stock fender and lined it up on top of the one on the car and then chopped it to where he could mold it in and make it a widebody. The end result was freakin sik. Hopefully you get what i mean, heres some pics if they help

I didn't know that they ended up making the fenders. I thought they just made the front valence and the side skirts. Shine is only about 45 min away from my house so that's excellent news.
