Help! Indiglo Connecting to Headlights. Searched but still no help.

Help! Indiglo connect To head lights. Searched but no help
Hey guys i got some indiglo gauges today. i got them because my original gauge lights didnt turn on so i got these... i wanna tap them into my headlights. how do i do this. i searched and it didnt help. ppl said they did this and that... but didnt explain where and what and what not... please help me out... i dont have test light things.

First need to know what type of car so we could find wiring diagrams. You will need the power wire that comes from the switch when your lights are first turned on. This is found in the steering collumn! Each year is different, so you will need your trusty Haynes manual to track the color down! All about research.......
