I don't think there are Kouki tail lights for the FD. I believe they only have them for the FC.

 

I'm going to guess he is talking about the 96+ taillights. If so, send yours to Seven Lust and he will convert them for a very fair price. Search the parts for sell forum. He has a thread there.
