I may be buying an '85 RX-7 and have thought of options for improving sound a bit. I'm planning on getting a head unit that handles MP3 playback through USB or CD, and iPod interface, but I want to also have decent bass to go with some of the music I listen to. I'm just looking for something to fill out the low frequencies, nothing to rattle windows or set off car alarms.

I found this http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu...roductID=19671 and was wondering if there would be enough clearance under the front seats to allow the installation there. I probably will never push the top end, or even the RMS wattage, so I'm just looking for something that sounds decent and doesn't break the bank...I also want stealth, it's bad enough the head unit won't be hidden from view.

What do you guys think?

Oh, and BTW, I've been trolling here off and on for a few years, ever since I first got the itch to get a Mazda Rotary.
