C-West N1 FD Bumper?

I find thisFD bumper ... its made by Target called GT.. on www.japanparts.com..

it looks like the C-West N1 bumper...

What you guys think..

That bumper is awesome, I also suggest checking out the Rando Sports front bumper or the Ings front bumper. They all look some what similar. Good luck on your decision.
