best placement for 6x9's?
i bought some sony explode 6x9's and some 6x9 boxes for my FB. i've been playing around trying to find where to put them to get the best sound.
current putting them as far back in the hatch as possible and aiming them slight inward at the center of the car seems ok, but i'm also wondering about putting them side to side facing eachother like the stock speakers? behind the seats they seem to lose some integrity. i want to be sure before i bolt them down.
i'll be using some JBL pro 5" speakers upfront and maybe my JBL 10" sealed box and 360watt amp to feed that. but for now im looking to get the cleanest sound out of the 6x9's in the rear with no sub.
thanks!

try them farthest back faced towards center, another thought would be standing tall faced at the opposing seat (which is how my 5.25 components are now) less noise to come through the floor and disrupt it.
