Where to put 6x9's?

Where do u guys put 6x9's in your FB's? do u cut up where the rear speakers are or what? I got some 6x9's but dont know whether to put them there, or replace those 6½ inchers i think they are with another set , or leave them there cuz they seem bassy but kinda slow old bass, I dunno what to do.....I dont want to modify my car too much for better sound, maybe an amp for some rear speakers, I currently have 1 of the 6x9's at the front just using the magnet to stick to the side cuz they sound really good :-) Ive also got new 5¼ inchers for the front 4 inch holes which I made fit on the drivers side cuz theres limited room for speakers over there...

buy some decent 6 1/2's for the rear and get a bazooka tube for bass. I'd put the 6x9's in the trash (just my opinion)

and at least one amp......
