best amber head unit?
i was trying to find an amber lit head unit that lit up close to the factory gauge cluster amber. i know alpine had a couple of amber models before but it looks like they are all blue now

the eclipse cd7000 has amber lit buttons i have it matches perfectly and is one of the best decks on the market besides the cd5000 by eclipse

some of the mid range clarions sound great and can match the amber perfectly too. if u can't afford the amazing eclipse decks.

my old sony mp-70 has amber as one of the color choices for the screen. it matches up really well with the stock dash light color

the alpines with the color change ability has a nice amber color. i use the red color since it matches up perfectly with the FD stock cluster lights

Alpine is expensive, but serioulsy how often do you guys really stare at the deck? Its nice to have it match the interior but I dont see it being a must. On that note I have a el cheapo JVC deck. Plays my mp3's and thats the only function I care about

oh forgot i had this post - i was just looking mostly for ipod control or some mp3 playback

what model alpines have the color changing, i looked on their site and didn't see any. I had a NAK on my last car, i might check them out agian although their HUs are pretty damn expensive, thanks for all the input!

i have the 9835 and its pretty nice
im sure theres better ones out there
got mine for 150 from a buddy basically new
so im not complaining

Uhhh Yeah The Eclipse Cd7000 Can Change Colors Maybe If You Took The Time To Research The Deck You Would Find That Out.
