Im going to buy it from an RZ, its CF with Matte black painted over it.

Just want to know what it is really..

I hope thats not the hood your buying or you atleast got a good deal on it because it doesn't look like its exactly in good condition. Nice hood nevertheless, but poorly maintained.

It does, but it's hard to tell for sure from those pictures. The area right before the vent dips down in the Panspeed hood, and it's hard to get an idea of what the contours of the edges of the vented area look like from D-Cup's close shots, esp. given all the Panspeed pics are from further away. The edges look a little high IMO compared to the Panspeed hoods I've seen. But it's definitely possible, and definitely very close to it.
