I've bought them for customers - part price is roughly US$450 - PM me if you're interested.

...that's 100% brand new OEM. Will be able to track down a slightly cheaper 2nd hand unit if you're willing to wait.

Khris, you don't want to play with an airbag. If you push or pull on it too much, you may accidentally deploy it, and it WON'T be pretty.

I'd stick w/ DaiOni...he said he can source one for ya. Take him up on it

98-00 and 00-02 wheels are different (spirit-r being in the latter production run). In fact there are three different wheels that I know of, that were used between those dates.

Rx7aholic, see what DaiOni said above. And I definitely don't carry spare airbags haha. Your best bet is to either a) purchase a new airbag (or used if you just want one for the look, not for safety, or b) purchase a used wheel (or new if you have tons of money laying around). Regardless of which option you go w/, I'm sure DaiOni can help you. If he runs into any difficulty, then feel free to drop me a PM

Look - I don't care either way, go with whoever you like. I'm not looking for business - I have enough to keep me busy It's a good way to be

The raw part price from mazda japan is US$450 - there's no way to get around that, whoever you buy one off

Second hand, it's a matter of someone buying a crap 2nd hand wheel and popping out the bag - you might be lucky enough to save a hundred or so.

I've got a nardi wheel currently up for grabs in the for sale section - you could buy that, pull out the bag, and resell the wheel (probably worth something to someone) - and cheaper than getting a new one
