You need to upload the images onto your computer and then use an image hosting website to create a URL. I recommend Photobucket since it's relatively easy to figure out.
When you go to reply, you'll notice an icon above the dialogue box that looks like a mountain in a picture. It's in between the letter/envelope icon and the speech bubble icon. When you click on it, it will prompt you to enter an image URL. When you do, make sure you delete the existing 'http://' because if you double-post it the link obviously won't work.
Hope this helps man! I haven't posted any images, but I'm on A LOT of forums and they're all the same hah!

I appreciate this has already been answered and is a couple of weeks old, but figured it might help other people out.
Try Imageshack, it's really simple(and free) to use. Use the 'Browse' button to find the file you want to upload, then copy the html code [img] filenamehere.jpg [/img] to here. You can delete the URL tags and 'uploaded by' tag-line if you wish. I have a registered account now so I don't know if it's changed, but Imageshack was always great as you didn't even need to register.

Step one: Photobucket & Upload picture. You can edit pic on photobucket.
Step two: Post on here using tags by just clicking on them and pasinting you link.
Step three: Repeat steps one and two until picture works.

You can search any pic on the google. For example: pic of Bmw car , when you open it , it will open in new tab, Pic the url/link of full size pic. Put the URL of Bmw car in INSERT IMAGE option and OK it . It will shows the Image tag in Html, But when you submit it, The real pic will be shown.
