where do you get them i saw one that had a 240 that changed from stock to a custom one w paint and kit is there an fc one

they are either made or a picture, i believe you can select an avatar in your edit profile though..

take the image u want and with a photo editing program, shrink it down to 100x100. if u check ur control panel for profile editing, it tells u somewhere in there what the max avitar size is.

I took a look at the avatars that were available, and the one I'm now using wasn't there. There are a lot of members that are using it though.
