Slow spark - pro14r and haltech

After installation of haltech ps2k and m&w pro14r my spark seems "slow" on all coils. I have mercury cdi coils. So time between spark events seems much longer then on stock ignition. Its like 3-4 seconds delay between each spark while cranking (injectors off)... Any suggestions?

Found the problem. Connected the wrong wire for the ignition switch...
