NA FC Slow Acceleration
NA FC Slow Acceleration
I have a 86 FC automatic with 24,000 miles, pretty sure it sat for awhile but all in all runs and drives well. When its cold it accelerates well but when its warmed up or hot outside I notice that from a slow roll/dead stop I have to stomp on the gas to get anything, even then it barely accelerates.
I'm planning on replacing the injectors/fuel filter and flushing the trans and radiator; I have replaced the spark plugs/wires but havent done much else. Hopefully someone in the new member section has some ideas?

welcome to the board.
all of the plans you listed are a great idea, but you'll probably have to be more thorough. google Aaron Cake's guide to getting an Rx-7 out of storage and follow it. just keep in mind the stock N/A FC Rx-7 is not a track star, and with the automatic, even less so. i mention that only because i'm not sure what your expectations are.
