SC secondary injectors not working in boost haltech problem?

I have an 87 turbo II with a haltech e6k with 550 Injectors all around. Car ran great for a few weeks when I boosted it. One day the car just started running lean like the secondary Injectors werent working. Now its only in boost any time its reading vaccum it runs fine I can go up to 8000 rpm I just can't boost my car. I'm not sure if this is a haltech problem or not any ideas would be appreciated

Need more data.

How lean are we talking? Do you have a wideband?

What are your MAP readings while driving? Post a log of your sensors if you can.

Are your coils in good shape? My leading coil went out, and the car actually idled and drove fine but wouldn't boost. Changed the coil and everything was fine.

trever did you check continuity to the secondary injectors to the ECU? each injector gets 12V from one of the two haltech relays, and the other pin goes to the ECU, pins 19 - 22. pin 21 is front secondary, and 22 is rear secondary.

http://www.haltech.com/wp-content/up...6KLoomRevF.pdf

an easy way to check is turn the ignition on, and at each injector, both pins of each injector plug should read voltage near 12V. If not, something is not connected between them and the ECU or INJ 12V supply

i would bet when your harness melted, 12V to the injectors was not connected right, or a crimp came loose or something

You should edit it again for punctuation... then also check for continuity of the inj trigger wires at the ecu.

Yes, that's correct, Trevor.

Again, though... do you have a wideband installed or are you assuming that it's running lean by feel? I know that the map Jamin gave you was VERY rich for safety, so on what are you basing your lean diagnosis?
