MD No RPM or No Spark FFE Trigger

So I recently switch my CAS to the FFE trigger with Hall Effect Sensor on my second Gen RX7. The Car ran on the CAS. I have set the settings in the ecu as follows below but I do not seem to get any spark, RPM signal, or 12 volt signal to the red wire on the CAS side of the harness. Set up the ECU and wired the Hall Effect sensor according to FFE directions(See Attached). Is there something in my setup that is causing me to get no spark? The only other thing I did at the same time was update the firmware from v1.09 to v1.12. I am going to go back and upload a previous firmware version with these settings to my ecu to see what happens today.

My setup for the car is as follows.
FFE Trigger
LS2 coils
Rotaryworks 90mm tb
ID 1000cc primaries
ID 2000cc secondaries
FIM
Haltech PS1000 with LS1 Fly loom
Knight Sport Turbo
2.5 in Down pipe
3 in exhaust

Let me know.

May help if you set sensor type to Hall, since you're running a Hall sensor.

Switch over the sensor settings in the ecu still no rpm signal, spark or 12v to the red wire. For some reason though i do have continuity to ground for the red wire which is supposed to be 12 volts. Below is the voltage i am seeing on this sensor.
