Need some help with tuning numbers..

The story is. I bought a nice 1990 T2 w/haltech decent sized single turbo.. but it has a blown engine.. The guy says it was from an electrode in the plug broke off and took out a seal.. I dont really believe this but I have a map in there with timing and fuel set for a 3mm street ported motor.. I am going to be dropping in a stock port J-spec.. the fuel setup is 4x720cc's with a RFPR.. what should I set the idel pressure at and what should I be seeing at WOT? say 10psi? should it be the same pressure.. I am needing some igntion timing numbers.. what should I be aiming for.. Ignition setup is stock, coils etc.. here the info I have no the car..

Turbonetics T4 Turbo .96 AR Ptrim/Vtrim – this is a BRAND NEW TURBO only 1000kms on it.
HKS Exhaust Manifold
Custom front mount intercooler (Mitsubishi Starion core)

Fuel System

4x720cc fuel injectors on custom rails
SX billet aluminum adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Highflow 255lph fuel pump
Racing Beat Turbo back with custom 3inch stainless down pipe

I would love to goto the tuner with some numbers in hand like a/f I should be shooting for.. Keep in mind i wanna play on the safer said of things.. and dont want to run more then 10psi on the street and Ill make some race gas for 15psi when i wanna up the boost.. Can you guys help at all? thanks!!
