Lost base map

Ok so today i had to remove my battery on my 93 FD to install some rad fans on it and when i put the battery back in it wouldnt start.

I have a PS1000 and the car started up perfectly every time before this. Is it possible that when i disconnected the battery that the ECU reset and i lost my base map?

yeah haltechs do not lose maps with battery disconnect i had my battery out for 7 months and all settings were there.

You have a different problem... check for spark, fuel......... you know the diagnosis list
