Output edge is set to falling . Stabbed cas per Hitman with point set to bolt holes on cas cover . Please help guys in the shop with all the guys scratching heads . Scoped that the msd 8509's are sending a single to the e6k just not getting anything . Help !!!!

Read quickly through the thread, can you clarify .

What trigger input are you using now ?

Stock CAS ? or the 60-2 FD wheel ( which will not work on the E6K ) .

If you are using the CAS ( as mentioned above, ) you dont want the e6k setting to hall effect .

Well wired everything up stock like and re ran all wires to simplify everything . Well still got nothing ...so took the Ecu cover off and found a burnt chip in the board..... So in the end it was a fried Ecu . Which now leads me to this . I'm going ls 5.3 with a t56 with the same turbo . My tuner for my 08 trailbkazer ss with a 6.0 cam'd ls2 will now do the tuning . Sucks cause I've giving 10+ years to the rotary and 8 yrs to this build just to fail . I gave a noble try atleast . Thanks chrysler s and rest for he help you were able to shed on my problems .

We're working on swapping a Sport for an E6K right now. Want me to ask the owner if he's looking to sell the E6K? It's in a good running car.

So it's running . Starts up everytime . I just feel timing is off . We got a timing light on it and and on wot pulls our snap on timing gun is say it calling for almost 60 degrees advance . That's wayyyy to much right . So would that mean the keg timing is off ? They serp belt pulley timing marks I feel are not right either .so what is the best way to really find tdc . When I take my pulley off on the actually hub there is a dimple on it . I've seen people say that the dimple needs to be at 9 o'clock ?

Like I said it starts up no problem now . it's just that it's calling for a lot of advance and has a miss I feel . I just want to make sure the motor is timed right and then go from there . Thanks guys for any info . I'm going to keep looking for a sure fire way to get this thing timed .

You need to confirm timing synch before you move on. Search for "timing synch" and my screen name in this forum and you'll find a how to.

Starts up ever time ,revs better then before . Used 2 different timing guns and both read the same . Timing locked it's at -5 on l1 and -20 on t1 . Trigger angle is 65 .

Un locked when revving up ,what should the max degree be? Cause we've seen on the gun almost -40 now ,and my coworkers feel that's kinda high . I'm not sure on that so that's why I ask .

At idle its still showing 7.4 to 7.9 on the wb . I did adjust a few bars on the fuel map where it idles . Injectors ms was 2.8ish before adjustment and I took it down to around 1.5ish I believe . A/f's did go up to mid 8's on the wb and idle went up 200 rpm . started idling even better but was setting at like 1700 rpm so I start to back the tb idle screw down ,idled at around 13-1400 rpm and then stalled out after a few seconds . That where I stopped for the night since we were closing up shop for the night .

Well found out how to take out %'s out from the fuel all cross the board . Reading the og e6k Manuel helps lol . Set at 5 psi right and hits full boost around 4500ish and pulls great . Still needs fuel taking out at idle . Can't stop smiling !!!!!
