Haltech hits wall at injector staging

hits wall at injector staging
so im running PS1000 on a stock FD, stock injectors. whenever i try to boost, it just hits a wall right around 0 psi and wideband goes full lean.
Here are my fuel settings
sequential
staging enabled
common mode
staging load 2.2 psi/Hg
staging disenrichment 1 ms
Im my fuel map, i remove 60% fuel at the 2.2 column. Ive tried adding fuel to the staged columns, all the way up until there was no fuel removed as if secondaries and primaries were same size, and still it hits a wall at 0psi
I checked for voltage at each injector clip and I get 12.x and 11.x on each, i assume 12.x is switched 12V and 11.x is from the ECU. so the wiring seems ok. It cruises around in vacuum perfectly
Is the staging load setting is supposed to line up with one of the fuel map columns? Or am i supposed to set it between it and the next lower column? I was looking at BDC's base map he posted, and his staging load is set to between two columns, and he starts taking fuel out at the second column. is that correct?

The dis enrichment is too high. Change it to .100 to start. The stage load should correspond to a column. Check the staging load bar as well, set that half way between the last pre staged value and the post staged value as a start.
Post your map. We'll take a look and see if there is anything else obvious.
