Help please before I sell the ECU
Hi guys,
I can't find for the life of me what setting is wrong.
Basically when I let off the throttle, the afrs don't lean out and the afrs drop to 10 and it runs rich
Car is half bridge single tub aeromotive fpr etc, however I don't think any of these will effect the afrs when I come off throttle.
I don't know why it won't lean out, I can't find why
Help please! This has been on going for ages and its not stopping.

You probably don't have the decel function turned on. I'm not sure which ECU you're using, but on the E8/E11 it is under Fuel settings. Try turning that on and adjusting the settings and, after turning the key off then back on, see what you find.

Sorry guys it is a platinum pro 1000. I amended the main decal cut settings. My enrich percentage was zero and cut delay was 0.7, fuel return rpm 1800 and cut reset rpm was 1000. I changed cut delay to zero, fuel return 1420 and cut reset as 1900 and enrich percentage to 28 percent and it seems to cut now.
It works, when I let go of the accelerator now it cuts and the afrs read --- whereas before it would drop to 10 and stay there.
Am I on the right track?

When you watch the AFR gauge, are you seeing higher (leaner) numbers briefly as soon as you let off the throttle? I'm guessing that you do. If yes, it's working properly.
Chris' suggestion to adjust the load cells is also something to look at, especially if they're exceptionally high for that deep into vacuum.

I think with the settings I have put above it was going lean, for a split second it would read when you let off, then it definitely goes to ---. With the settings before it would just drop to 10 and stay there.
Do the settings look right to you or anyone else?
Regarding Chris's suggestion, I will look at that on the weekend. We were trying everything to no avail.
Would the cut delay make any difference? Some info for you guys below
Original settings
Fuel return RPM - 1800
Cut reset RPM - 1000
Decel cut temp - 71 degrees C
Cut delay - 0.72 s
Retard - 5 degrees
Enrich - 0 percent
New settings
Fuel return RPM - 1420
Cut reset RPM - 1900
Decel cut temp - 5 degrees C
Cut delay - 0.00 s
Retard - 8 degrees
Enrich - 28 percent
Can someone please explain what has made it work in the new settings?
Thanks for your help guys

You're essentially putting a band-aid on a poor calibration by using the fuel cut the way you are. It works, but it's not technically correct. The proper way to set this up is to calibrate the cells for the proper afr and then turn the fuel cut on if you want to employ it.
Do you have the zero throttle map turned on? If so, all the adjustments of the base fuel map in the low load areas will have zero effect.
