Haltech + MSD's???

I have a question about hooking up 3 6As to my car running a E6K. can someone tell me which 3 wires from the haltech 'ignition module' plug i need to hook up the white signal wires from the MSD's to? and which wire (please give collor and pin letter) corresponds to which coil?

i'm using an Australian ecu and i have noticed that some of the wire collors are diffrent from the US units, thats why I ask for pin letter also.

Thanx!!

Don't you have a manual that goes with the Haltech?

if i needed a manual, i would ask for someone to scan a manual and send it to me.....

if you know the answer to my question, why not just answer it?

if you would rather i just figure it out on my own, why not just stay silent?

thanx for your answer anyway, after all, i did ask for 'anybody' to respond.

Hey Ted, wanna scan your haltech Manual and e-mail it to me?

or how about you just tell me exactly which page of the manual says: "connect the white signal lead from the leading MSD 6A to pin #____ on the ignition module harness"[

thanx you all for your time

What the hell are you doing messing with a Haltech WITHOUT the manual?

Hey man, I paid $30 for my manual!

Page 121, Section B.6 Rotary Engines
There's a chart on outputs to configure for a 13B 2-rotor...
IGN OUT - leading spark(both)
DIGITAL OUT 1 - trailing spark, front
DIGITAL OUT 2 - trailing spark, rear

Second to the last page lists these wire color codes corresponding to those labelled outputs...
IGN OUT - light green
DIG OUT1 - white black
DIG OUT2 - blue

Now, the disclaimer, these are for U.S. imported E6K's, so I dunno how accurate the color codes are for your Aussie E6K!

One additional note on troubleshooting:&nbsp I would highly recommend to check timing with a inductive timing gun before you try and fire the engine up so see if the trailing signals are CORRECT.&nbsp We've run into Haltech installs that had the trailing front and trailing rear REVERSED for some odd reason!&nbsp Swapping the wires is a relatively easy affair...better than having constant detonation above 4kRPM under moderate loads (don't ask)!

i DO have the manual Ted, I was just unsure and wanting to be on the safe side.

as soon as the haltech install is done, I'm gonna convince AnthonyNYC to come to my house and double check everything before i start it for the first time. (so you don't have to be scared )

i also will not be tuning the car. not yet at least...
thanx Ted!!

Thanx Moe, I've always been a do it yourself kind of guy.
I'd feel better about owning a 12 sec car i built myself than a 10 sec car i payed somebody to build.

Anthony_NYC and I tought ourselvs alot about these cars over the years. we were like DIY racing (do it yourself)
