Haltech Elite 1500 Pricing

The Elite will be a plug in swap for the Sports on the full harnesses. On the patch looms, you may need to add a single wire for switched 12V+. Installed a 2500 on a piston engine this passed week and have 1500s on pre-order. We're told they'll arrive next Monday.

You may be able to. I haven't tried it with a pulse width map. The only car I've put an Elite on where we swapped from a Sport was a well developed Miata. I imported the fuel map only and manually entered the other parameters and we were running straight away. To import one or more maps or settings you just use the Import function. That was a VE map though. If you're currently using pulse width tuning and want to change to VE tuning, you'll need to start from scratch.

As side note, importing isnt 100% straight forward. There are MANY differences in a lot of the new things that the Elite improves upon the Sports that dont corollate, you need to set a lot of the setup menus manually, and there are differences in the location, size and function of many new tables in the new ESP Software.
You can probably get away with importing the majority of your main tables, but some are different and under new menus.
Haltech IS working on upgrading the base maps from ECU Manager into the Elite ESP software, but its a slow and meticulous process, AND some of the tables are being improved as well for even better start up maps.
It will take time, but this new generation of products will be some serious hardware to beat!
Stay tuned!
