E11V2 13B-RE CAS trigger filtering

Since first run in 2007 I decide to recheck the timing.
The car starts and runs solid during last 2 years. Trigger since last home shows solid 12.
And I was surpised the -5 timing mark shows wrong with the -5/15 timing lock settings.
The timing seems to be 5 deg retarded. I zeroed CAS again.
I looked at the timing gun and see a little deviations about 1 deg every 5-10 revolutions. Then I push the throttle the timing mark moves left about 2 deg then moves back when the RPM becomes stable.
I play with a trigger filtering. My trigger setup shown in picture below.
When I set up trigger filter to 1 my timing mark moves at 5 deg to the left. If I zero timing at this value car wan't starts.
I am worried about this behavior. How filter levels are ok with cosmo CAS?
The base CAS settings are: trigger angle 75, tooth offset 3.

Timing mark slightly moving:
Is it normal or no?
