Haltech e6x won't start

e6x won't start
I am having an issue getting my car to run properly after installing an e6x and am at my wits end. I am assuming the ecu is wired properly as everything tested fine. All the relays are clicking, I am getting fuel pressure, and I am getting spark. CAS has been properly reset
Mods are thus:
Primary only injection (staged, batched?)
ITBS
Haltech e6x
d style tps
3 bar map
stock FC coils and CAS
For some reason the map is set to multi point injection. Change to batch?
So far I have a basemap from Claudio loaded, I changed the output to coil ignition toggle.
car cranks and occasionally catches but will not hold idle. Bounces up to 3k then dies.
any ideas???

primary only injectors; i'm not quite sure what multi point means, you'd want to look in the manual. you don't want staged, as you're not staging. batched i think you don't want either, although it could work as a poor mans sequential injection.
i would double check the timing, disable fuel, and get your timing light out, and crank the engine with the timing locked. if its a stock pulley, -5 is where you want it. the trigger angle should be more than 50, and line up with the mark on the pulley.
the FSM says cranking timing is +5 BTDC, so that is a good start. i would set the main fuel map to 2.5 - 2.8ms (not sure what injectors you have, if they are larger than the stock 550's, use the lower number). once you have the thing running this should be really rich, but since its cold and you don't have it running, it should stay running.
i leave the cooling correction alone, for now, and then start with a low primer map, and then add until the car starts. best starting is basically right before it floods.
once its running, you should let it warm up, and then you will probably need to lean out the main fuel map. usually a stock injector car will idle with around 2.2-2.4ms of injection time, if you have bigger injectors, take the % off.
