Haltech Cosmo TPS 20b/13b-RE
I think thats wrong, when I wired mine this is what I used, It worked fine.

I believe that S5 and up including 13b-re's/20B's all get wired the same

You're nearly correct, the brown/black is the ground, and the brown/green is the TPS signal and the brown/white is the 5v, given the color scheme from the FD TPS.
Okay, bumping this back up from the dead..
I'm wiring my 13B-RE cosmo TPS to my Haltech Sprint RE. The cosmo TPS has the 4 wires, but my wire colors are: Brown/white, Brown/black, Black/red, and Green/red
Would the Black/red be the TPS signal? The K2RD wiring diagram shows Black/green for the TPS signal.
The way I've got it wired now is as follows:
Cosmo TPS / Sprint RE
Brown/Black--->Black/white
Black/red------->White
Brown/white--->Orange
Green/red------>not used
Anyone know if this is correct? I'm unable to test it out now since my engine is sitting on my garage floor. :/ But hopefully I'll attempt to start it up within the next 2 weeks..
Thanks!

The brown/black is negative. The brown/white is 5V+. The other two are sensor outputs. One will be full range and the other will be short range (showing 100% throttle at ~>30% throttle). Hook up the power and ground and test the output of the other two wires versus TPS to find which one is the correct full range output.
