550-1600cc injector set-up?

Was wondering.

I have S4 550cc injectors and ford 1600cc injectors. One set is high impedance and one is low. How do I set it up. So far I have Injector 1 and 2 disabled and injector 3 and 4 inabled in the input output page?

Seems to be ok but I've heard you could burn out your injector drivers. Is this setup ok?

E6K?
E6X?
Any reason you're running it that way?

E6K

I was running it that way because I have 2 S4 550cc stock injectors in the primary and two 1600cc ford injectors.

I thought you could not leave it mixed?

Haltech uses individual injector drivers, so the impendence doesnt matter.

I think thats why...

but I am sure that it doesnt matter

Hmm that about burning out the injector driver, what is upp with that?

Cause one of my injector outputs are constant open. It happen when cruising after the car was mapped. So i had to wire both secondary injectors to Inj 3. Cause Inj 4 is constant grounded, and the injector is full open if it's connected to it.

The company i bought the E6X frome was going to send me a new driver. And i have no clueu what that is.

Exactly. Nobody is answering me. Nobody knows. So I'm not sure myself.

We will see. August 28th is dyno tuning so maybe I will know then?

Which injectors do you think are high impedance? I have a set of the ford 1600's and I'm fairly sure their low impedance. Do you have a later set of S4 550's that are high? If your concerned about it I have an extra set of 550cc low impedance I could trade you?

Yes its S4 injectors. The haltech should have a set up to run them both differently. This is what I'm confused about. If not I could trade up with ya. I forgot which is which thought regarding which is high and which is low.

Thanks

The 550s are high impedance and the 1600s are low. Mine are also high and i have a S6 engine.

And i want to know how to set up the haltech so that i don't burn the driver again. Now that i got a new one.

You should run all 4 drivers at the disabled setting. Only if you use 2 low impedance injectors per driver should you enable it and also if you use 3 high impedance injectors per driver.
