26 Pin Connector or White Lock Source?

I'm looking for the white locking piece inside an E8/E11/Sport 1000/2000 26 pin connector. I of course broke mine and don't want to have to buy both connectors through Haltech. Anyone have this piece or an entire 26 pin connector. If not anyone know where these connectors are sourced through. I have a heard time stomaching even my cost to replace the 2 connectors (they are only sold together).

The 26 Pin appears to be an AMP/Tyco part. Looks like it will be difficult to source but I may be able to get a sample of one from Tyco directly. It also appears that Motec use both of the same connectors. Still looking for a source to buy. The Motec part is %28.50 from most places. In bulk the connector is only around $6, I love low volume buying...

Amp/Tyco = 3900113-2621

Motec Part = 65045 ??

Yes I've seen it but I didn't want to pay for both connectors nor the upcharge that you end up getting. The connector is only $6 in volume but is resold for 100 for both.

This started as just needing a simple locking clip but has turned into an issue that really bothers me. The up charge even to dealers for parts like this is ridiculous. Seeing the pricing that I know you can get and then to charge what Haltech charges is said. Same thing goes for the solenoids, sensors and connectors. I could buy these connectors in low volume (70) for 5.50 a piece but yet to charge 100 for a pair is ridiculous. Like the solenoids, I have started buying in bulk for 22 a piece but yet make a customer pay $100 through Haltech. Even Motec only charges 28.50 for the connector and you know how much those parts cost..

I got the bare AMP/Tyco plugs for my TEC3 from Arrow Electronics (online retailer). The Haltech connector is different then the 23-pin TEC, so you'll have to do some searching. I was able to find the connector on this page:
http://catalog.tycoelectronics.com/c.../menu/en/17684

Hope this helps.

I verified that the connector part number above is correct. I went to the Tyco site and requested a sample. It shipped Friday and was free to boot.

Damn... I should have requested a sample! It cost me $40CAD for two plugs and 100 pins!
