*Datalog and Map* Car runs like crap with TPS connected

-JSPEC 90 TII Engine
-FMIC 2.5" piping
-3" Straight pipe
-Emissions removed
-MOP removed
-airpump removed
-PS, AC removed.
-Stock Turbo
-Stock 550cc Injectors
-Stock fuel rails
-Stock FPR
-Stock PD
-Haltech Sprint RE
-Ghetto comp test Hot 93 on all faces with schrader valve removed.
-Timing is dead on at 5* ATDC @ 850rpm
-Innovate LC-2 WB02 set to 5v on both outputs
-Stock CTS
-Running 91 Premix lucas semi-syn 2 stroke oil

Issue: Runs lean and falls on face when TPS is Connected
Holds a idle. Braps nicely when TPS is disconnected

TPS has been calibrated

-New walbro 255,
-New Stock Fuel filter,
-Glow shift FPG reading 40 to 45 psi.
-Rebuilt fuel injectors.
-Checked fuel coming in at fuel rail inlet. filled 16oz water bottle in 3-4 seconds.

-Injectors Cleaned and flow tested

-Triple checked wiring.
-Check injector resistance - all ~14.5 Ohms
-Checked fuel injector wire resistance - .2-.4 ohms for 12v and .1 for all 4 Gs

-stock coils working fine, verified with a timing light.

Please review my data logs and map. I need to rule out the TPS being a physical problem, not a tuning problem, before i get it tuned. This is so i dont waste time and money.

Also i'd like to add; The first minute of the datalog is with the TPS connected. After the first minute it is disconnected.

i just noticed this. Look at how my voltage changes when the TPS is Unplugged. I think i may be on to something.

So i bought a brand new TPS from Mazda. Unfortunately the problem still exists.

With the TPS plugged in, any little bit of throttle, leans out and the engine falls on its face.

With it unplugged it revs just fine, all the way up the throttle range.

I dont get it.

The link for the datalog doesn't work. The folder is empty when it downloads.

- In the map you have for download, the injectors aren't enabled. I'm sure that's corrected in the running map you have in the ECU. Any other changes in the running ECU?
- Does the TPS read correctly when connected? 0% when closed, 100% when open, smooth, linear sweep between?
- Does the voltage issue still persist when the TPS is plugged in and unplugged with the new TPS? - How do you have it wired? S4 or S5 TPS? Here is the S5 pinout. If you need the S4, let me know.

Also, try updating to the current 1.13 firmware to see if that helps.

I will try that. But...

Last night I pretty much narrowed it down to a bad injector driver.

Checked primary injectors using the zip tie to rail method.

Rear injector not firing.

Swapped front clip and rear clip. Front not firing, ruling out the injector.

Checked voltage at clip. have voltage.

Checked resistance on both wires. 0.0 ohms.

If ive left anything out let me know. otherwise this leads me to believe its a bad injector driver.
