Throwing in a update, I know you guys are eager for one! The intercoolers and radiators are all modified and welded up. And in a effort to always improve the kits, the brackets and ducting have been CAD'ed up and are being water jet cnc cut out now. Hope to have all the brackets end of next week. So getting much closer to sending the kits out!

For the group buy, sorry should have been more clear.

The cnc cutting of all the parts should be done monday or wednesday next week. They were pretty busy. So end of next week should be shipping them out

Might be a little premature, but I am in for a 3rd group buy if you are.

Requirements:[*]I have a Fluidyne radiator already; would it be possible to ship you my radiator for modifications? If this is possible, how would this affect the price?[*]HKS blow off valve flange welded on the cold side (I will provide this)[*]Piping on the hot side to factory twin turbos[*]Polished piping (if you were able to outsource this)[*]Silicone Hoses[*]Would it be possible to make an adjustable duct between the radiator and intercooler, angling more air towards one or the other? (Similar to HKS' with 3 settings: neutral, towards intercooler, towards radiator - see drawing below for reference.)[*]I will be using a 14" fan[*]I will not be running A/C

Have you gotten any feedback on fitment with a HKS Racing Suction kit?

I think I got everything there. I am really not as needy as these requirements might seem. I sold myself on a kit costing twice as much, and this looks like an awesome kit to make some minor revisions.

Please PM me a price quote when you get a chance.

The FD will be sitting sadly for a long time over the New England winter, so I can wait.

Group buy 3:
1. Rotary--Amuse (Fluidyne radiator, etc.)

Thanks!

For some reason, I am unable to edit my post. I apologize for the horrible formatting.

Additional duct picture for reference:

Are these to allow people with little room (ie long runner manifolds and large singles) some flexibility, or "wiggle room", when installing the Vmount? Are these going to be standard with the kit or on a per order basis?

I have at most 14 inches of clearance from my front crossmember (along the top of bumper) to my turbo with no filter. I can get a low profile filter, but I'm still concerned about fitment with fixed mounts and a 12" IC. A 10-11 IC would be perfect .

Yes no problem, I think we were waiting on if you were going to send us the flange, or want us to buy it?

Those mounts are being made because Rawbz requested it. There wouldnt be a point in offering them with the kit, as the upper mounts and ducting will not work with any other position. I guess if anyone really wants them, and is aware that its a custom modification affair we can offer it for additional cost.

i think we were waiting to hear from you on the price on the flanges.
we had asked a few pages back, and asked what it would cost to have you do them.
any idea what it would cost to add a greddy or tial flange on, if you order it, or if we do.

Sorry, this is the first I have heard about this. I would need you to supply the flange, as I don't have the BOV yet. Alternatively, I can order the BOV now and ship you the flange, but I think that wouldn't be very advantageous, with shipping parts back and fourth and so on.

If you could let us know a price for the flange and the welding, I can PayPal the funds ASAP.

I went ahead and ordered a TiAL blow-off valve so I can ship you the flange if needed, but I don't want to hold anything up so if you have a flange handy then go ahead and use it and I'll pay for it. Still waiting to hear on a price so I can PayPal the funds.

Cost for the bov flange welding onto the intercooler pipe is $65. The cost of greddy flange/ HKS flange is $38.00. Anyone can feel free to ship us theirs if they already have it.

Update-

I just got the delivery of the cnc waterjet parts on saturday We do have to go through and modify a few brackets for the tow hook mod etc. Aside from welding up the hot pipes and cold pipes the kits are about ready. Sorry its taking so long, but the end is near! Doing our best with working it into the daily schedule.
