So, I received my kit yesterday, and got it installed today.
everything fit pretty well

only issues i had:

I didn't get an upper radiator hose?

of the 10 mounting nuts, 4 are standard, and 6 are metric. This is opposite what the online install instructions say should be in the kit.

No long 90 degree upper hose? I will send you one, must have slipped by. There should be 6 metric and 6 Sae. I made a typo on the instructions. I will drop two more sae nuts in the package as well. Sorry!

Group buy is going on right now. If you have a koyo already subtract $250 from $1250, so $1000 for the kit, and $120 for ac brackets. $1120 total, unless you want the twin turbo hot pipe. Which is $120

Really anything you want to share. Impressions of quality, over all fit and finish, anything you don't like about it, etc.

Thanks!

This looks like a really good deal BUT what's the quality on the IC core?

With the koyo and that duct work I'm sure water temps are stellar but what about charge temps.

Anybody with some charge temp #s on hot days over say 80 degrees at the track?

I'd be interested in hearing about charge temps on the street as well

^You might have to wait a while for that info, I believe these kits were just finished within the last couple months.

Um... well to start with a positive, some of the design ideas are pretty clever.
as for my personal kit, my radiator, unlike others, was not bent at all, it was perfectly fine. same with the intercooler.
unfortunately, my kit is (still) missing some small parts.
the brackets are really what makes this kit, a "Kit".
the piping from the intercooler to the GReddy elbow has very nice welds on it, unfortunately, it does not line up quite right. its very close though, so it'll work.
I guess I am pretty happy with the kit overall.

It is a Godspeed intercooler core, so take that as you will.
it does seem to be pretty solid, both in build quality and actual weight (its HEAVY)
but... with godspeed selling them at $140, I have a hard time believing that they are really that high of quality.
i dont have the car running yet, as Im waiting on a few more parts still, but ill have it up and going by march, and on a track within a few months of that.

2 questions:

a) will you be sending that upper radiator hose anytime soon, or could you just paypal me back $15 bucks, and I'll pick one up from the local autoparts store?

b) in the install directions, you show the power steering cooler lines hanging out of the car. what is supposed to be done with these? they don't bolt back in place once the v-mount is installed...

If I ever get it. Logan keeps saying he has sent it out, and I never get a tracking number or anything. I'm getting kind of pissed bc he doesn't even respond when I leave him voice mails. I'd almost rather a refund and an honest answer what happened. Every other person on the gb gets theirs but me. Granted I hopped on as a 11th member of the group buy in September, but he told me I'd have it last month

Yes, your kit will be ready to ship out within the next two weeks. It of course is taking longer than expected, because we have been busy with new machinery install for the past few weeks.

I have them in a box, with your name on it for the past week or more. Not to sound like a broken record, but sorry for the wait. As mentioned above we have had a very crazy time at the shop installing some new (well used is more accurate) machinery. Its getting shipped tomorrow! Promise!

Houston FD has now recieved his kit, called me today. We had some issues with a problematic UPS shipment, and then a delay sending it the second time with Fed ex over the holidays.

Yes, we do not deny shipment of the group buys have been terribly slow. Aside from taking very long to complete, there has not been one person who did not like the kit once recieved. The quality and fitment seems to be near 100%, which is my #1 priority. Being fast on turnaround time is #2 unforunately. Current orders will not exceed 6 weeks, and hopefully near future orders will not exceed 1 week. Just trying to build inventory first!

I already have a koyo rad and godspeed intercooler laying around...is it possible to get the brackets just to mount the intercooler and radiator? I can take care of the piping.

So how much for the stuff listed below?

-- heavy duty steel mounting brackets that are mounted on included rubber isolators
-- Aluminum ducting
-- all mounting hardware.

I would be interested in buying it.

What kind of performance increases has anyone seen since installing the kit? If anyone can chime in that'd be great.

I'm in them middle of installing my kit, noticed quite a few places the fins were bent. Aside from that, the kit seems to be all in order.

I'm curious how people are setting up their single turbo intake as I'm trying to figure out a good place to pull cold air from (I'm got the FEED front bumper). Any ideas anyone?
