The only way that could be hotter is if you gave it a brazilian wax.

full price for solenoid kit + the PnP/Quick Disconnect is $632.52 weird number I know. =P

The two guys in the second GB paid before we even started the first GB therefore there is a discount for them on the harness. However the original price of the solenoid kit went up from 525 to 577.52 due to a higher cost that my vendor gave me before my first GB order.

Solenoid remake

Will there need to be relays installed for this pnp system to work properly due to high current draw ?

Has this been field tested on working car etc?

Thanks Bryan

No, it does not require relay unlike some other's custom rack.

It has been tested on my friend's FD and I've did some road test with it. I had no problem hitting 140 in a heart beat LOL.... (shouldnt be proud of it, cuz it was done on public road but with no cars or traffic)

***UPDATES***

Guys, shipping and handling fee will be $12 for everyone. I will be using USPS flatrate box. Please paypal $12 if paypal gift or $12.66 with paypal credit. Thanks all!

P.S. The custom harness was delayed due to my vendor ran out some connectors, however because I've promised to have it ship out sometime this week, I've paid extra for 2nd day shipping. I WILL get these out by end of this week as I promised.

Some hick-ups but I will keep all my customers happy even if it cost me more ^^.

Thank you all for your patience and support! I hope this will be a wonderful promising product that we all enjoy using =].

vacuum hose size

So what size of silicone vacuum hose should be purchased for this install ?
3mm, 3.5mm, or 4mm?

Thanks?

Either 3.5 or 4mm would work. You would need a total of 16-18ft of vacuum hoses for this particular replacement. But if you need to do ALL of your vacuum hoses, I suggest doing a search and there is a thread about exactly what you may or may not needed.

I believe I also covered that in my installation instruction guide ^^.

There's a listing on Mazdatrix website regarding size and approximate amount of hose and hose size you'll need to do the car. I've ordered hose from them before and it's good quality FWIW, it looks exactly like my HT stuff and thats probably where they get it from.

Can't wait for this. I've got a bunch of little things I need to do for the car, block off plates and air pump removal. I'm planning on trying to remove the entire rats nest since the rest of my emissions have been removed and only the ACV/air pump remains.

Haven't traced all the lines out to figure out if I can totally pull it yet but hopefully I'll be able to do it. If it can be done this will be the friggin holy grail of sequential setups.

If you plan to remove the complete rat nest, this job will be a breezy and would look REALLY clean!

*****UPDATE*****
Even though I requested second day delivery, I m not sure if the custom harness will arrive by Friday. I hope it does, and if it does, I will ship everything day same day. However if not, I will wait for it to arrive and then ship everything out the day after. I will keep you all posted.

As for GB #2, If I dont fill up the last spot by next wednesday, I will NOT hold you guys back and I will order the parts EVEN though it will cost me 5% increase in price. But because you all have paid before I expected it, as a gratitude I will do my best to make everyone happy. Again, your satisfaction is my #1 priority and I hope everyone is happy with this decision. I apologize if there is any hick-up but I will try my best to compensate for it ^___^

Oh Oh!!!! Forgotten that my custom vacuum hose routing diagram is done and it is BY FAR - one of the best and cleanest vacuum diagram out there. I will have these ready for ALL of you and I hope ya'll will love the cleanliness this vacuum hose diagram provides.
