interest in TII LIM to 6 port block modification

this is just an interest thread as i work on a prototype 6 port LIM turbo manifold.

this is a modification for an existing manifold you provide, not hunting down and including the turbo intake manifolds with the service due to random availability and pricing of them. this works on both S4 or S5 turbo lower intake manifolds.

the service is to TIG weld the TII lower intake manifold and port it to mate to a 6 port naturally aspirated block for a quick and rather painless turbo conversion(you will still need the turbo UIM, throttle body and all other hardware to make it work. this manifold simply makes adding a turbo cake compared to working around the 6 port manifolds).

price would be roughly $285 plus return shipping.

this is nothing new and has been done, but i have not seen anyone offer it up so far. with n/a motors outnumbering TII motors and turbo intake systems counting higher than engines now the intakes and components should still be relatively easy to come by.

i will post pictures up a little later once i finish.

let me know if that price sounds fair and if you would be interested in it.

Sounds good love to see the work first before considering price though.

I built many of these 6 port turbo motors. Fun and easy.

i wound up having to install the pieces without getting pictures, the owner was bugging me to have his car done.

i'll see if i can make another prototype when i pickup some more spare lower manifolds.

This is a good price, I've gotten 2 sets tig welded and I did the port matching myself, pretty labor intensive. Pllus the cost of the aluminum carbide cutters.
