Here is the final version of the endtanks. The cast aluminum ones were angled and cause issues for the brackets and was close to the battery box when fitted.

The top is old, the bottom is new.

Final test fitting is in progress. Then the brackets get powder coated. Averything gets welded, pipes get ovalized where they need to for clearence. Everything will be polished.

I responded to your PM and email. Keep up the great work man, I'm really in no hurry for my kit as I still have a bunch of other things I need to get done on my FC. I appreciate all your honesty and drive for this GB!

Cool right on.

I really really would hate more then anything to ship these out just because "I'm tired of it all" I have to make sure that when you guys get them that they will fit the best that I can make them and that they will hold up to the abuse of racing, chasis flex and also from engine tq on the kit.

I want to make sure these things are endurance capable.

I forgot to say that I got the battery kit a good while ago. Holy ****. This thing is gorgeous. Really a great piece. Only thi g I could see 'wrong' with it was a burr on one hole. But I build airplanes for a living so I'm used to no burrs. It's really a beautiful part and I'm excited for the kit to be done. I feel like I'm going to have to paint my car now so that the bay will match the rest of the car and look that good.

I'm excited to order my battery kit. I've been waiting and will have to wait just a little longer. Engine is finally rebuilt. I've had the worst of luck with my girlfriends car, which means that mine has taken longer than expected.

Well the redesign is completely done so I am just adjusting the top brackets to fit the whole set-up.

I will start shipping by the end of July, so I would like to have them all out by the end of august.

Thank you guys or understanding.

Believe it or not I lost allot on this GB, but honestly I do care about the money I lost. I only care that you guys remain happy with me and my products. But due to the complexity of this FC vmount, I will not be doing anymore GB's on them, they will be sold individually. I don’t want the customers or me to go through this again.

Ben

I have spare parts to build another vmount. Just no buyer. You can have it at the GB price.

Spam.

Well, its going on 6 months and what have I done to keep you guys happy.

Free upgrade to larger cooler.
Free shipping.
Covered unseen expenses instead of asking you guys for more money.

Here is the kicker.

I am giving everyone in the GB a one time buy of what ever I can get my hands on at my price. Everything except for RE products. But the catch is you can not use this voucher until I ship the kits out. I would save it for something big like suspension, exhaust, HKS, Apexi, Greddy, Carbing, ACT, Volks. But you will be responsible for shipping.

All I ask is to please be paitent with me. There is alot of behind the scense stuff going on. But the only thing I ask for is just a little more time.

The FC vm is way too intense to do a GB on again. These are way easier 1 at a time.

Thanks, Ben

Awesome. I will have to think about this as on my last Time attack my front coilover sprung a leak. Shipping kit out for a rebuild or purchase new is now a priority. I also have a fluidyne rad, I don't suppose the fluidyne rad fits your kit? I am assuming my rad is better then the one in your kit as I was having serious overheat within few laps at 15psi. Dam hot running a big turbo that hard burin gover a litre a minute lol...

Forgot to add. I have a fluidyne oil cooler custom fit to help with the temps. I assume this kit is with using the stock oil cooler?

Just read a bit more on your threads. A few threads out there. Post #111 https://www.rx7club.com/group-buy-product-dev-fc-rx-7-268/rotary-extreme-fc-vmount-interest-861583/page5/ says it comes with an oil cooler. Wonder if I should sell my $500++ oil cooler if I get your kit. Or is the oil cooler built in the rad on the FC. That is pretty cool.

Sorry for all of the questions. Also looks like somewhere you posted an ast tank too? What about an oil catch can.

Maybe just call you to discuss?

Last time I checked fluydine was 1.75 thick, the koyo race radiator I use is 2 1/16 thick. Also the koyo has all the bungs for the fatory sensors and everything fits like stock. My kit only works with the Koyo. You will not have an over temp issues with my kit unless your coolent orings are failing on your engine.

I just relocate the oil cooler to behind the radiator and it sits low so it can get fresh air with a simple duct. It is not as low as the sub frame, but close. It does come with new ss lines and an fittings to go from the oil cooler to the engine.

I'll see if I can find a simple pic.
