I have been dealing with adam for quite some time now.
hes a good guy. He did my engine rebuild, and i bought my FD off him. So far so good. The engine is super strong, and going in for a tune by Steve Kan here soon.
Hey by the way sonic you get my PM?

Got an engine build and installed my microtech. Brought car in January, some delays took me until late March/April for pickup. I think Adam is an amazingly talented guy, however I was a bit concerned after I got the car home about the work his shop guy did. (miswired primary/secondary coils, pinches/exposed copper in wires, sloppy butt connectors). All in all I would say out of 10...

Final Bill did run over budget from original quote by about 40% not including additional items I needed. Car was in rough shape I will admit but he was always very good at coming to a reasonable quote including at cost parts etc.
Quality - 8
I would say quality was lacking from his shop guy but he did a good job.

We pushed it right to the limits on timeline. Starter blew out after my 3rd time starting but he met me and replaced it asap. (I had to push start solo but luckly I was in a hilled area.)
Final Thoughts - I'm still waiting for a final receipt, hard to negotiate with an adjuster for insurance purposes that the engine is worth 4x what the car is valued at if I do not have an official receipt. Doubt I will ever get one.
Total score (2012) - 70%
