I had to wait beyond expectation for delivery, knowing better now if I had used paypal i would have likely had prompt delivery. Great product, price and I take some responsibility for delivery service.
I've known Robert for over 20 years, he was one of the ones that got me into Rotaries, he will be the one building my motor if I do decide to keep the FD which I probably will...I've seen most of his work and he does'nt cut corners at all....

I don't think I need to say anymore than I said here; https://www.rx7club.com/good-businesses-233/rotaryshack%3Dwin-881162/
Guys, I know what youre trying to do here, and while I understand it, I am closing this thread. I'll tell you why--no one is questioning Robert's quality of work. If someone has had a legitimate good experience, they are always welcome and encouraged to post a positive feedback thread about it. HOWEVER, and I cannot overstate this, no matter how many good deals Robert has had, it does not in any way change the fact that he has some bad ones that up to this moment he is not resolving. It is HIS choice whether or not to own up and he has personally lied several times to me in his accounts of what has taken place.
Understand, I am not closing this thread because I dont want people to relate their good experiences. I am doing so specifically because those good experiences have their own place--in a thread started by the buyer. This here comes across too much like people are trying to overshadow the recent negative threads, and we cannot allow that to happen. If Robert really is as good with service as you guys claim, then let his service stand on the threads that you all have already created and let's not try to overshadow the very real problems that are coming to light.
Is there a single person among you guys that doesnt think that a customer who paid a lot of money in good faith shouldnt get what they paid for? Seriously? I know Robert's your friend, and kerebrus, it has been stated that you officially work for Robert now, so you adding in here like youre only a customer appears less than forthcoming.....but if you really want to be a friend, let's take a good honest look at whats taking place, instead of trying to out-shine the facts. Robert did these guys wrong, and his own words proved this. This community used to be a place where people stood up for each other and not for their friend when they knew he did wrong....what happened?
Furthermore, Matt, you go on and on about excellent service, and at the same time you have yourself personally acknowledged to me not too long back that the customer service wasnt good. Robert himself has admitted this in the ongoing negative feedback thread. So, why are we seeing this now? The answer is obvious--you guys are trying to stand up for a friend. I get that, and I understand it, but why not be honest with it? Why go on and on here about "always great service" when you personally have stated yourself not too long ago that you KNOW he's lacking in customer service? Like I said, there was a time on this forum where people would stand up for the right thing, even if that meant telling a friend that they were in the wrong. Matt, you above all people have been told and shown where Robert personally lied out of his own mouth to me regarding the tenaz deal....is that REALLY "always great service" and "has a history of excellent service around the world"??
As always, you guys are free to relate your own personal experiences in your own threads....and it is clear that several of you already have. Our other members dont get the benefit of having the same transactions posted in a positive light multiple times, and neither shall Robert. That's only proper, so before someone cries that I am an "unfair mod", give it some thought.
