water and oil line torque ( FD )

My Mazda manual is messing a little bit of info. I had some new spirit R turbos shipped from Japan. Customs would not let them be shipped with the water and oil lines connected so they had to be shipped disconnected. The manual does not state the torque spec’s for the lines..

Hope someone has the info..
