Question Turbo 2 trans in a rx3

I,m sure this is posted somewhere. But i have looked with no luck. I need to know the best way to install a turbo 2 trans in a rx3. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm looking for some info on the mounting options. I was told that the original place will not work. If anyone could help i would appreciate it.

You have to shorten the shifter assembly by 5" so it sits in stock location.little cutting and modification and it should work,that's how i do it all the time for rx2's,and rx3's.here is some pics I took when i did it.

This is a friends rx3 i did.i used the second gen trans mount and cut out the center of it and just welded some brackets to the frame.this way you can use the second gen trans rubber mount and fully replaceable.
