Single turbo project - 600 hp

Hello..

Looking for some help here, the thing is that i want to make approx 600 hp.. so the big question is - What does it takes? should i buy new housings, use the old ones or what? I'm relativly new into rotary so doesnt have that much knowledge either in places to buy the nessecery parts or the mechanical part.. so if any of your guys can make a "spec list" to me (with links to buy those things) it would be very very helpfull... I'm from Denmark, and here theres not any help to get, there are only approx 20, rx7's in all the country. we dont got any rotary shops og mechanics

It's a 92' FD3S (3rd gen)

Thanks in advance!

You will want ID1000 primaries, and Id2000 secondaries( you will also need top feed fuel rails), an aermotive A1000-6 FPR and fittings/lines

I would run a big external fuel pump like this one;

Turbo wise you will want something around a GT42 or BW S472/5

Haltech PS1000, and 4 individual coils. We sell the AEM smart coils, work very well and been proven for at least 600rwhp in my experience.

Obviously want to do an intercooler and radiator upgrade.
I would run a twinplate clutch like the Exedy unit for those power levels.

Engine wise it can be done on a stock block that is in good condition. Personally I would at least do aftermarket apex seals like the Goopy units we sell, race clearance the rotors and balance the engine.

Pretty straight forward. Similar setup, just hit modified magazine;
