Tranny Leak - Anyone know what this is?

I found the source of my tranny leak, but can't find this on any RX7 diagram. Can someone tell me what this is in the photo/video? It's located just south of the shifter box and reverse light switch.

I have had that problem. It's where the shifter centering springs are located. You have to remove the shifter, suck up the gear oil in the shifter tower, which is separate from the rest of the tranny BTW, and reseal that plate. It's a pain with the transmission in the car, but possible.
