I'm a bit fuzzy on my 3rd gen motor tech, but I believe the 3rd gen uses manifold pressure/RPM to calculate fuel delivery, and does not have an airflow meter (and the ECU won't even know what to do with an airflow meter).

Regardless, putting a different airflow meter on a car, unless the calibration is exactly the same, usually won't work.

I think he's confusing the designation with the GSL-SE 13B which also uses an airflow meter, but a smaller one. The short answer is no it won't work. Calibration is very different but more importantly none of the wires go to the same locations even though they use the same harness.

Do you think the TII air flow would do the job?? I heard its electronics can run the 13B-RE? I would appreciate the comments of someone who already did this swap.

Thnx a lot for youre help
