It is not a vacuum leak, I had the entire vacuum system tested for holding pressure.

at 3650 RPM I still hear what sounds like a boost leak, however no boost is being applied (Neutral and 3650 RPM) as I move the RPM a little higher it gets a little louder, I can only hear it from inside the car so I checked under the car, and I think that what I was hearing was a little hole in my exhaust right before the Main Catalytic converter (the only cat still in place).

I can't wait until my exhaust system has been replaced with the Racing Beat system, no more BS.
