So I own a 1987 S4 Turbo II swap that I just recently purchased as my first project car (intimidating but I love rotary)

My car will not go past 4K RPM. At the time of purchase I was told this was a TPS issue but now after plenty of research I’m convinced they straight up aren’t firing at all. It isn’t a stumble or hesitation. It’s a straight wall at 4K. The only way I can get past it is if I’m just BARELY on throttle creeping past it.

I know my TPS does in fact need to be adjusted and I’ve tried but I fear I just don’t understand the concept. I’m just not even getting the right readings on my voltmeter (excuse my ignorance)

my question is this -
Is there any way I can test my Secondary Injectors?
Is there any way I can test the wiring to my secondaries?
any advice for the TPS is appreciated.
