You can remove the relief and switching solenoid valves as well.
You have to leave the split air pipe from the cat converter to the auxiliary ports, for 5-6 ports.
I don't think there's much to it
You can look at:
The MAZDA RX-7 86-88 technical page
under emissions, secondary air
or if you want just the how-to, look into this fine thread:

No its not. In California it is......In the State of Florida u can have smoke spewing out of your car and you won't get a ticket...well maybe for distrubing the peace or blocking the view of the other drivers.

Regardless of weather a state performs any emissions inspections or not or even enforces emissions laws - It is FEDERAL law that requires the equipment and it is a FEDERAL offense to remove said equipment.
Of course that being said - nobody in the Federal govt is actually enforcing (that is left up to the states) the law!

It is a federal Law to remove an emission device how ever the state of florida has stopped doing emission testing. Therefore its not enforced. I think u need to take class in law and a class in how to respect others with out using distructive critizism and profanity. You been o this forum for a month and giving mixed advice on the forum.
