Poor experience with Mazda Auto Dismantling

I bought a (engine to oil cooler) oil line from Mazda Auto Dismantling in August this year for my FC.

I waited 3 weeks after I ordered (credit card on the phone) to send one to me. During the time, I called every other day to check on the status. Max and Steve, the sales reps keeps telling me they already sent one out, but wasn't able to provide me with a tracking number. When they finally gave me a tracking number, it was not even a valid number.

Finally 3 weeks later I got the oil line in. I opened the box and found the line was totally different than what I need. It was not for my FC.

I called and wanting to get this sort it out. They admit it was their mistake and will send me another line. This process took 3 weeks again.

Than the 2nd oil line arrived, I opened the box... The correct oil line was sent. After I proceed to install this oil line, I noticed big puddle of oil under the car, this line was CRACKED! it was so bad, i would have been better keeping my old oil line.

I called these people, and they told me they would send another one. By this time I already had enough, and just bought one from Mazda. Max at the Mazda auto dismentaling told me he would refound my money instead.

After countless hours or labor, frustration, big mess of oil everywhere... they tell me they only going to refund the money for the oil line. I was very unsatisfied.

Now, 4 months after this transaction, I still have not got my refund from these people. I called back numerous time to check on the refund. They keep telling me, "oh, its already refunded to your credit card" then next week "oh, its not there yet? I will do that now" and on and on....

They aren't very cooperative. I called 3 times in one week looking for a part. Everytime they said they would check and get back to me. That was in May....I'm still waiting. I've removed them from my list of possible suppliers, don't need the aggrevation.

Everytime I called and wanting to speak to the rep that sold me the line (so i don't have to explain the big story again!) and they will tell me he is not here, and he will call me back.

Almost 100% time, I will NOT get a call back, and I have to call again the next day. This is rediculous.

Quit screwing around with them and just dispute the charge!

Oh, and the List might appreciate a warning too
