Permatex Hylomar substitute?

Anybody use this PermaShield from Permatex for coolant seals?
Gasket Sealants : Permatex® PermaShield

It says it is polyester urethane based which is the same as what Hylomar says it is based on. Also says it is a blue gel( in the TDS), Non-hardening and remains tacky. Could this be Permatex's Hylomar equivalent? I can get this local but have to order Hylomar so it would be great if this is the same as the hylomar permatex used to make.

I picked up a tube of this today. In the upper right corner it says "Compare to Hylomar". This may be the hylomar Permatex used to sell repackaged with a new name. Due to trade mark reasons maybe?. I think I am going to use it.
