Oil in the Water 13B TT

Just bought my first FD3S, paid 7k for it, but its got oil in the coolant. No hard starting conditions, no white smoke, ran in 90 degree weather from where i bought it 60 miles away to my house, never over heated, but the oil in the water concerns me. Ive heard some things about them having bad water seals, could anyone tell me where they are located on the engine??? or does anyone else have any ideas on what might be wrong??? thanks for your time, any help will be good!

I know it's sound stupid but , that happens even when you change the coolant?
I mean even if you change the coolant you have the same problem.

I don't know the correct answer but it sound like some dowel pin o-ring is missing. I hope that I'm wrong about it.
