Oil Problems or only condensation

It is normal to have about a half thimble of white (water and oil) condensation under the cap. Your PVC and the tube to the intake are trying to eliminate it. Short trips cause more moisture.

Let the car warm up fully when you drive it. Like Lynn says the short trips contribute to the condensation. That and make sure the PCV system is functioning properly. Other than that don't worry about it.
