oil leakage and mad vibrations

Ok heres my problem. I just swapped out my stock 88 N/A 13B for a perfectly running 87 N/A 13B. My original motor was attached to the stock 5-speed manual trans with a centerforce clutch. The 'new' motor was out of a 87 GXL that had a automatic attached to it. I had to swap out my flywheel from my engine as well as the 12 bucks worth of pilot bearing and oil seal in the eccentric shaft. I bolted everythign up perfectly fine, though I had some issues with teh eccentric shaft nut on the rear housings for both engines. I had the bright idea of putting a ratchet on the lowe pulley bolt on the front so i could stop the turnign of the rotors. I ended up loosening it first b4 the eccentric nut. regardless of that i bolted everything else up fine. Now comes my main concerns. I now have an oil leak coming from the lower front pulley. I also now have a wicked vibration when the car is runnign. It seems to go away at normal idle as well as at about 4k rpm. I havent had time to retighten the exhaust bolts either so they rattle a lil bit. Any help would be appreciated.
